• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to a refund or exchange once I receive tracking number of returned item (excluding commissions pieces), provided it is sealed in the archival sleeve it arrives in and is returned in a resalable condition. Additional postage charges will apply.

• If you receive a damaged parcel please take photos, keep the parcel, and contact me within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Once I have received the photos of damage, we will come to an arrangement together to solve the issue.

• I do not cover the costs for redelivery if there happens to be a return to sender, so please double check your address is correct when checking out.

• Please note, due to colours varying slightly from PC’s and digital cameras, the colours in your prints may vary slightly to what you see on your screen.

• As the artist, I retain the copyright of all images on this website.
• I retain the right, to use digitally recorded images of any purchased artwork for whatever purpose she chooses, including, but not restricted to, the purposes of promotion and creating reproductions.
• Prints of commissioned works will only be made available with the consent of the purchaser. 
• Whilst every effort shall be made to ensure that the digital images shown on the website are an accurate representation of the original paintings, there may be minor colour differences due to the lighting conditions at the time of photographing and due to the settings on the screen that the photo is being displayed on. 
• Carved marks and texture change are considered intrinsic properties of the artwork and do not constitute a significant discrepancy.
• Any user may sign up to the newsletter using the forms available within the website.
• By purchasing a work of art through the website, the customer agrees to be automatically included in the newsletter mailing list.
• You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by either clicking on the "unsubscribe" link provided in every newsletter, or by emailing Emma directly.
• Any information provided by a user/customer will remain completely private and confidential and will never be disclosed to any 3rd party entity.
• I am not responsible for the content of any external site that may be linked to on these pages.
• I reserve the right to modify the contents of this website, including user comments and terms and conditions, in any way I feel is appropriate.

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the price of the artwork is to be made at the time of the commission. Work cannot start until the deposit is paid. In the unlikely event that you decide to cancel your commission, the 50% deposit is retained to pay for the time I have taken to create the artwork. There will be no re-negotiations on price once a piece is commissioned.
• As the artist I reserve the copyrights to all commissioned pieces, and I may use digital photographs of the artwork to promote my business.
